1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trendora AI ("Trendora", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Trendora Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the listed price to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Free Trials
Where offered, a free trial provides full Pro access for a limited period. At the end of the trial, your selected subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per account.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the billing portal. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it unauthorised, scrape or resell its data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
Trendora and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Trendora.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
